Black Chapel Longhorn

This project started as a gift for my wife and very quickly turned into a statement piece. What began as a “let’s print a skull” idea became a massive longhorn with a five-foot tip-to-tip span, printed in multiple sections, carefully assembled, painted, and finished by hand. Because stopping at just a skull felt wrong, I covered it in custom tattoo-style artwork to make it feel at home in her studio.

Somewhere between assembling giant horns and adding the final details, it crossed the line from gift to centerpiece. The finished piece now lives in her tattoo studio, doing exactly what it was meant to do: catch attention, start conversations, and make people ask, “wait… you made that?”
